J Martin Lett is the Managing Partner of Register|Lett LLP. Currently, Mr. Lett represents entrepreneurs, emerging businesses, and established companies in various business transactions, and his practice is mainly focused on corporate and intellectual property law matters.  

His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions; commercial and corporate finance; secured lending; private equity; commercial leasing; intellectual property protection and licensing; digital media distribution; corporate and non-profit governance; business formation and organization; and restaurant and hospitality franchising, management, and operation.

Mr. Lett has represented corporate executives, suppliers of professional services, franchisees of regionally and nationally branded retail operations, product manufacturing companies, software developers, and companies in various service and customer-focused industries. In addition, he represents several clients in the entertainment industry and is a Past Chairman of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. His entertainment clients have included Grammy award-winning songwriters and music producers, digital media companies, music production, publishing companies, independent record companies, and concert and special event promotion companies.

Mr. Lett received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Katina, reside in Johns Creek, GA, with their two sons, Jason and Justin.
